Role Overview

Exobiosphere is seeking a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defence Liaison Officer with a robust background in defence and security sectors. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with American & European and international defence entities, including, the DoD, NATO, EDA, and national Ministries of Defence. The role involves advocating for Exobiosphere's capabilities in CBRN threat mitigation and facilitating collaborative research and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Engagement:
    Develop and nurture relationships with defence and security organizations to promote Exobiosphere's CBRN solutions.
    Represent Exobiosphere in defence forums, workshops, and conferences to enhance visibility and influence.
     

  • Capability Integration:
    Collaborate with defence stakeholders to integrate Exobiosphere's HT technology into CBRN defence strategies  
    Provide subject matter expertise on CBRN threats and countermeasure development
     

  • Policy and Compliance:
    Ensure alignment of Exobiosphere's initiatives with US, NATO, & European defence policies and regulatory frameworks.
    Advise on compliance with international treaties and agreements related to CBRN defence. 

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Defence Studies, or related disciplines.

  • 7-10 years' experience in CBRN defence, military operations, or defence policy roles.

  • Comprehensive understanding of global defence structures

  • Proven experience in engaging with governmental and defence organizations.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel globally for stakeholder engagements.
