Director of Business Development

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market presence in the space and biotech sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with Exobiosphere’s mission and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and potential clients.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Represent Exobiosphere at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and establish a strong industry presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and securing high-value partnerships and deals.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
